nice icing cookies

Rubber stamped Iced biscuits - made using a Cavallini & co. stamp set and an edible ' ink pad' - stamp pad felt ( a Ranger Ink 8"x 10" cut n dry stamp pad felt costs about £4.50 and will make loads of pads! ) soaked in sugarflair colouring diluted with dipping solution ( isopropyl alcohol ).
The image doesn't always turn out perfect , so that's when I use an edible pen to add detail.
the stamping works really well on rice paper too!
